Songdo First World is the first residential project completed in the Songdo International Business District. Located adjacent to Songdo Convensia and the Northeast Asia Trade Tower, Songdo First World features four 65-story towers with over 2,500 residential and workspace units and ground-level retail.
Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), the luxury apartment residences feature non-linear building heights with exceptional views of the Songdo skyline and nearby Central Park.
Songdo First World was a joint venture between Gale International, Posco E&C, and Morgan Stanley. BGI’s responsibilities included Master planning, contract negotiation, budgeting & underwriting, capital formation, design & construction management, and marketing & leasing.
