The Motor Mart Garage, located at 201 Stuart Street, is being re-developed by BGI on behalf of owner and co-developer CIM Group, LLC. The historic eight-story garage will be transformed into a vibrant mixed-use building, with a grocery store, ground-level retail space, and luxury condominiums.
The 28-story residential tower will feature premier views of the Boston skyline and landmarks such as the Public Garden, Boston Common, and the Charles River. The units will be furnished with top-of-the-line finishes and appliances, and residents will have private access to a spa, an indoor pool and fitness center, a screening room, and a private dining area. The rooftop of the existing garage will be replaced by a sky-level green space with an outdoor lounge, Zen garden, and dog park.
