Adjacent to Boston’s financial district and the Rose Kennedy Greenway, the 42,000 square foot project includes 42 condominium units and was completed in 2005.
Amenities include luxury finishes in the units, secure garage parking ( direct access from One Lincoln ) and individual storage units. Some units in Lafayette Lofts include roof terraces and gas fireplaces. This project was designed by Hacin + Associates. It was completed in August 2005.
Responsibilities included Project Design, Permitting, Financing, Construction Management, & Marketing / Sales.
