Jack Nicklaus Golf Course & Clubhouse

The prestigious Jack Nicklaus Golf Club Korea was completed in the summer of 2010, just in time to host the first ever PGA tour event to be held in Asia.

The course, measuring over 7,300 yards for tournament play, is one of only twenty five clubs in the world, and the only one in Korea allowed to carry the name of the Golden Bear. A world class clubhouse complements the course and includes fitness amenities and a golf learning center.

Jack Nicklaus Golf Course & Clubhouse was a joint venture between Gale International, POSCO E&C,
& Morgan Stanley.

Responsibilities included Project Design, Financing, Construction Management, & Marketing.
