First World Tower

The first residential project developed at Songdo, First World Towers consists of four 65 story buildings, housing over 2,500 residential units and 295,000 square feet of retail space. When originally completed, these towers represented four of the ten tallest buildings in Korea.

First World Towers was brought to market in 2007 and all of the residential units were sold or committed to before the completion of construction, opening in late 2008.

First World Towers was a joint venture between Gale International, POSCO E&C, & Morgan Stanley.

Responsibilities included Project Design, Financing, Construction Management, Marketing & Leasing.
