The Songdo Convensia Convention Center is Asia’s first LEED Certified convention center. Designed by Kohn Pederson Fox (KPA), the Convensia Convention Center is amongst the most technologically innovative structures of it’s kind, featuring one of the largest column-free spans in Asia. It is directly served by the Sheraton Incheon Hotel and a dedicated 500-vehicle below-ground parking facility.
The Songdo ConvensiA Convention Center was the first development completed in the Songdo IBD and was a joint venture between Gale International, Posco E&C, and Morgan Stanley.
BGI’s responsibilities included Master planning, contract negotiation, budgeting & underwriting, capital formation, design & construction management, and marketing & leasing.
