Chadwick International School

The architecturally stunning Chadwick International School is the first LEED Certified school to be constructed in Korea. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF), the school serves 2,200 students from Kindergarten through the twelfth grade and offers International Baccalaureate degrees.

The Chadwick International School was completed in 2009 and was a joint venture between Gale International, Posco E&C and Morgan Stanley.

BGI’s responsibilities included Master planning, contract negotiation, budgeting & underwriting, capital formation, and design & construction management.
